How to Register a Private Limited companies?
1. Firstly, the name of the company should be decided and apply for the office of company registrar online along with the information of objectives of the company to be registered.
It can be done by going through http://www.ocr.gov.np/index.php/en/
2. It will take approx. 8-10 days for verifying the name from the office of company registrar.
3. After getting the name approved, the Memorandum of Association and Article of Association and other related documents should be prepared.
4. Such documents need to get signed by the “to be directors” as well as the witnesses of them. And such documents is to be submitted to the office of company registrar physically as well as online.
5. After getting all these documents verified by the concerned officer and fees being paid, the company is registered and certificate of incorporation will be issued by the Office of company registrar.
